I have Win XP loaded on my PC with the NTFS format on my drive. I am using an NX80v Clie and decided to load the intellisync lite which came on the driver CD with my CLIE, but couldn't get it to work. After reading about the intellisync lite's text file it mentioned that it will not run on NTFS partitioned drives.

Anyone know if there is nother version of intellisync that will work or any other programs that can be used in it's stead?

Huh? It works fine at work, and I'm pretty sure those drives are NTFS...

Check Sony's site for the latest update to it, and see if you still have a problem.
