What exactly can I do with the iconsets. I see them in theme manager. I even selected one.... but other than that I don't see anything different. I read on their site that "Supports THEME & Icon Set. Changing the theme can give you a fresh look of your handheld. Icon Set provides the capability of replacing the any apps' icons, including the apps which are stored in /Palm/Launcher/ of the expansion card." But I don't see any instructions on how to change the apps icons.
I hear of people using AppIcon but if I can do this in Zlauncher I don't need to mess with AppIcon. Or other app that allows you to change apps icon.

Icon sets replace app and other icons, especially the built-in app icons, in ZLauncher only. It doesn't change the app files themselves. They aren't mandatory with ZLauncher, but well done sets compliment their corresponding themes.

How do I change the icons then? I can't seem to find how to do it. There are some apps that got silly icons i want to change.

The icons change automatically when you select and load an icon file. No user intervention is required. If an app icon doesn't change after loading an icon file, then that file had no alternate icon for that app.

I see so I can't manually change any app icons. I was under the impression I could when reading the site.

Nope, no manual operation involved or possible. If you download the Crystal icon set from http://www.lesliefrank.com/ , it changes lots of app icons. Depends on what you like.

Cool I will look into getting an app to do it... I found one other than AppIcon I'm going to give it a try.
NM I can't figure out how to use the icon sets in Icon Manager. Any ideas? And does this app let me change any apps icons? or am I stuck with AppIcon. I don't really care for the interface on it but everything else seems to be good.
