Hi guys,
I need help on this application, Intellisync full version. The setting for Intellisync is "Synchronise" with my Clie and Microsoft Outlook.
On the first sync, all the address on my Clie and Outlook were merged and also happen to be duplicate.
After editing on my Outlook Contact (delete unwanted duplication), I tried to sync again but the address book on my Clie and Palm Desktop remain no changes. Is this normal?
I always think that this software should be able to synchronize what ever changes I did on my Palm Address or Outlook Contacts. I did check my setting to confirm it stay with synchronize.

Please explain and help. Thanks!!

I have a similar problem. Old (Organizer 5.0) addrsses downloaded to Clie months ago, no problem. About 1,500 adresses. Now, I'm using Outlook & have pruned down the number of addresses to about 700 on my desktop. I also changed categories. Synching pulls all the old unwanted entries on the PDA into Outlook. Intellisync "import" (not "sync") avoids this pollution of my desktop Outlook, but does not delete the 800 old addresses Iwant to dump from the PDA. I've reviewed every Intellisync option, and checked "Outlook wins", etc. I've tried synching & importing to an empty Organizer file to clear out the PDA, but I cannot delete them. Anyone have any suggestions on how to clear out all addresses on my handheld? I don't care if I lose all data on the handheld, but I hesitate to do a hard reset because I don't want to lose downloaded applications (e.g., Power One calculator).
Thanks for any suggestions.

i've never had any problems syncing Outlook to my T615 with IntelliSync. I actually sync my PDA on two machines, both with Outlook, and have only had the duplicate-contacts problem once. I always choose "Palm wins" and clear my Outlook contact folder, then sync it and all my up-to-date contacts are loaded on to my computer.

Hi quiller,

I never give up, I tried to re install the software with the default folder Program Files/ Pumatech and the software works fine. The software could only synchronize your handheld and Outlook or Palm Desktop one at a time. That is the trick! Good luck.
