I always used the newest version of Palm desktop that I downloaded from Palm One. Just to see the difference, I uninstalled it then installed the Sony version that came with my Clie. The only difference I noticed is the Notepad, Palm Photos, & Voice Memo thumbnails have an E on them. If I click on 1 of them, Palm desktop freezes, & I have to do a Cntrl,Alt,del. It appears that you cant sync notes from notepad.... :confused: Are there any benifts of using the Clie desktop??
