Mp3 issue on NX-70v: 1 second stops playing.

I transfered some mp3's to the MSAUDIO folder, when I try and play them it plays only the first 2 seconds of a song and then skips to the next song and just stops.
Any suggestions?

According to my clie its version 3.0 of the audio player.
Is there another update I am not aware of?

The Mp3's play fine on computer and are within the standards that the clie accepts nothing wierd about them.

I have done a soft reboot so far...didnt do much.. problem still remains.
