Is there a way to pump up the volume of the build-in speaker? I shouldn't say that but I'm jealous of the tungsten for this. (God forgive me)

Also I can't manage to play MP3 converted from .wav at 128 and 44.1. What setting do you use? What software?

No, not really, unless you add an outbaord amplifier!
