So what you and the site is really saying is that they are selling a 1 gb CF card for $74.99. Since the rebate expires today, the company wouldnt even be able to process the order before the rebate expires.

The rebate form seems to be fine to me... It basically says that elligibility for the rebate expires today, and that requests to receive the the rebate offer need to be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase.
