AcidImage Crashes my NZ

AcidImage cannot open pictures taken by NZ. The screen blanks out and I have to do a soft reset.

Are you using the AcidImage Version 2.4r this is the one Hi Res for NZ90, it works ok. for me.

I'm using 2.4r as well and while its not crashing my NZ I noticed twice that on exit the clie soft reset itself automatically.

These guys are pushing the envelope of graphics programming but I'm not sure if their code is always 100% stable. I remember having problems with AI on my old N710 some time ago.

On the other hand I believe that 2.4r is designed as BETA

Make sure you don't have leftover thumbs from previous versions. I know that's causing problems to other guys.

ahve no probelms with 2.4r been using it ever since got the NZ90, maybe send them an email, they are very fast in responding

Hmmm i ve tryed Acidimage and i hade some thumbnail problems(you guys know ..its showing green/distorted pictures in the thumb mode) then i downloaded the 2.4r version and unistalled the old one..i still have the same thumbnail problem what shall i do?I ve used the Acidimage in my old NX and for me its the best but i cant use it on my NZ(It haves 0 problems with showing pictures but that thumbnail problem .....)
Btw you guys must notice : Anythink under 151kb ( i rescalled the jpg's by PS) is extremely fast .

I have the same thumbnail problem even after installing the 2.4r version and deleting the old thumbnail files. Any clue to get rid of the greenish garbled thumbnails once and for all?

I got it !

I had the same greenish thumbnails, I don't know but I use Zlauncher, the problem was, in the Backimage Directory in the memory stick you know the one you use for the backgrounds
got two thumbnails, those probably were oldones or something, but I deleted them, and AcidImage now shows the right thumbnails and works ok.

So if you are using other launchers you have to look for these old thumbnails and delete them, that's it.

Sorry I dont have the exactly name of them because I deleted them all ready.

I forgot to mention that i think is better if you use any File manager to look for them like Filez, I used the file manager from Zlauncher.
