Havn't tried personally, but not likely for 2 reasons.

1) Sony Sound API is not well known
-- Look at AeroPlayer for example.
2) In Palmgear's entry, minimum hardware is Tungsten.

I like the Sony Clie's but to be honest if they don't start making their API's more compatible or open for developers then I will look back to Palm itself (gack on that one).
