Lost wl 100 card

I lost my wl 100 wireless card during the evacuation for Ivan. Can't find another. Saw a Ambicon wl 100 at Circuit City. Will it work in NX 80 ? What about wl 110 ? Will I have to change the settings I already have in place.

Got a new WL 110 from Circuit City today. They have two left and are clearing them at 89.
