Continued questions like this with answers that can be found by searching for them on Cliesource just reaffirms my idea that only registered users should be allowed to post.
As to the answer;
Palm OS4 devices use a different hardware architechture than Palm OS5 devices, and it is physically impossible to put Palm OS5 on an OS4 device!

*sets up a glass wall 40 stories tall and spray paints the question "Can I upgrade my OS4.1 device to OS5?" on it*
*tapes a sheet of paper to a heavy brick*
*heaves the brick through the window*
who can guess what the paper said?

Well, Actually in a round about way an OS 4 device can be upgraded to an OS 5 device. Here are the steps:
1. Open an Ebay account and sell a few things to build up good ratings.
2. After a month or so advertise you current OS4 device in an auction.
3. Hope you get a good bid.
4. Sell OS 4 device to highest bidder (and hope he pays)
5. Work your paper rout for 6 months and save up $399.97
6. Add $399/97 to what you got from auction.
7. Contact a reputable dealer and PURCHASE AN OS5 DEVICE!
Putting OS5 on an OS4 device is like trying to install Windows on a MAC. It just wont work.

you can do it but it's rather hard. Lay a brand new NZ90 on top of your 625. take a large hammer, hit until both units are unrecognizable. superglue back together. If it doesn't work the first time, buy brand new units and repeat unit successful. May take up to 8 to 10 times for i to work but keep trying. If it doesn't work after ten times, call Sony Tech support, I'm sure they can help you with this matter.....
No warranties are provided in this process....

Yeah, but that might result in input/output problems...

Yes but if you hammer hard enough you could have the only T6-series that supports the MS pro. If it doesn't work right away just keep hammering, it will work, that's how my buddy got PPC to run on his remote car starter....

Actually I thought he got it running, but he can still start his car, so it's obvious he didn't get PPC running.:p
