View Full Version : More Definitions Clie Remote Commander?

I've successfully installed the selection of definitions for Clie Remote Commander, but I haven't found one for a KOSS DVD player, or a Sony SAVA1 Surround Sound Processor.

Does anyone know if new definitions can be programmed or learned?

Sorry folks, from what I've seen if it isn't in the OEM Definition files you are outta luck. Try a third party program like OmniRemote. A lot more features, plus there is a desktop application for OmniRemote as well.

I only have the three that came on the CD -
TV - VCR - DVD.
Where can I get more?

t100x, you are wrong, there are other users that have gotten different definitions, I read it a while back, don't remember where though, but it is possible.

there is a Yahoo group for a modified version of the reomte commander

which allows you to add new defintions etc - (I have not used it yet as my wife will not let me use my new T665 until after my birthday nest week as it is a present...oh well only 5 days to wait)

Are you moving from a t615 to t665? if so, I guess it wouldn't be that hard to wait, otherwise, I would have to sneek it out of the box and PLAY!!!

I am waiting for it.
I don't have any other usable PDA - I have been using a laptop etc for the last few years - Long ago i had a sharp organiser (when they had 256kb of memory and that was considered more than enough!)

I had borrowed palm Vx for a few weeks (which is why i decided to get a PDA) and have has a play on a T665 that someone at work has and can't wait to get mine.

I can't even sneak it out of the box because it has been wrapped up and hidden - only a few days to wait....
