SD to MS Adapter

There's a MS DUO Adapter. Why can't someone make an SD to MS card adapter?

ms and sd arescompletely different. if you have a clie with a Cf slot there is an sd to cf adapter.

Also - the dimensions of an SD card is that it is too wide to fit into the MS slot.
An SD into a CF adaptor is possible, the problem lies in the electronics to convert the data over. In the end, it may be cheaper to buy a large memory CF card!
