Hi, i need an answer because i'm still wondering what happened. I have a NZ 90 which was working perfectly. One day i turned it on and saw a white vertical line on the top left corner of the screen. I was pretty upset, i thought i dropped it or hit it with something (which i was pretty sure i hadnt) anyway, everything was still working fine but this line was getting bigger. I thought i broke the screen but i couldnt see any liquid or spot; it was just a line.
Then, this weekend i went to a sony shop to ask them what could i do, and when i turned on the clie the lines were GONE!! they were there for more than a week and all of a sudden they just disappeared. I never knew what happened and i really want someone to tell me. I thouhgt it was like a problem with the lcd that got fixed because of the high temperature in the car where i left it a couple of hours before going to the store.
Outside was about mid 90 so i guess inside the car was even hotter and that in a way fixed the screen.
Am i right? what exactly happen to my screen, will it happen again? can i prevent it?
