Is there a way to change the sounds the unit makes when pressing buttons and stuff?  Its a bit annoying and loud on the lowest setting.

yes. Like button presses. THe "Bzzt" sound you hear whenever you press a button. the softest setting is still loud. Maybe if I could change the sound it would be better.

hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... I don't know what to say. I don't really think it is too loud on the 'low' setting. I go into the volume controller and set the sound to low and that seems sufficient for me. You must either have very exceptional hearing and haven't been to enough rock-concerts in your life...... or you may work in an environment where noise is a big issue. Where I work isn't allways ultra-quiet .... and I'm able to hear the sounds just fine where they are not too loud. I would think maybe if I was in a quiet room... the sounds might be a bit too much ... but then again... I've been to a few rock-n-roll concerts... and probably a little deaf from them... LOL

use the sound converter program to put new sounds on your clie, but i have only been able to change the alarm sound... there are some palm things somewhere that let you change all the sounds, but probably don't work on 5.0... i'm looking....
