Try Isilo. There is a free version which is missing some features but works fine for reading ebooks. http://www.isilo.com

Isilo is one of the best you may also want to try Ereader (formally Palm Reader), Mobipocket, or Tomeraider. All of these have free download versions available with some limitations.

I use iSilo and love it...all the more so because the TH-55 is an ideal reader for me. It fits in one hand, I use the jog dial to turn pages, the other buttons on the back to move between books.
The TH-55 is the ultimate paperback!
I use Mobipocket Reader. It reads all the PDB files I have downloaded from Memoware.
I now use it with their Oxford dictionaries. It's awesome.

What application i need to read .PDB format ebook.I tried thrue Picsel viewer seems like not recognizing.Unfortunately knowing that it is a ".PDB" doesn't give enough information to be able to tell what format it is in, pdb just means that it is a Palm database and could be anything from a spreadsheet, the level map for an adventure game, or any of at least 5 different ebook formats (I know, it's not helpful, blame Palm!).
Hopefully you can find out from the website or wherever you got the ebook from as to what ebook format it is in. All the suggestions you have got so far are for people's favorite ebook readers, but if the pdb you have is in iSilo format (just as an example) then the Mobipocket reader won't read it. Unfortunately this statement holds true for pretty much and combination of readers, they mostly don't read each other's pdb files.
If you have a specific pdb that you want to read then you need to find out which format it is in. If yours is a general question about reading ebooks then the best advice I can offer is to evaluate all the readers suggested by other posters (personally I use ereader) and see which you prefer and then start looking for ebooks in that format (or just install multiple readers). Go to the ebooks forum on this site as well, there is a sticky thread there that lists lots of good ebook sites.
Good luck!

Another MobiPocket user.
E-Books are the best!
(Especially after hauling paper ones around for so long!)

What!!! They make books out of paper???? You can't be serious, that'll never catch on. :D

I'm not too fancy about reading ebooks. eReader (http://www.palmdigitalmedia.com/products/palmreader/free) does a good job. It is free and work great. With black background, white letters, and Tahoma22 font from Fonts4OS5 (http://palmgear.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=software.showsoftware&SID=7C93BC66-7E95-2C26-245A0747BBB4796C&PartnerREF=&prodID=52925), reading ebooks is a real pleasure now. ;)

Maybe this will help - I thought I'd posted it before, but can't find it on a search. You can use Filez to see the creator code on any file. :)
Determining .pdb format
Determining what format a .pdb file is in
You can open .pdb or .prc files with a text editor like Wordpad and you will see, near the beginning of the file, the Type and Creator codes of the file. For example, if the .pdb or .prc file contains the text "ToGoToGo" near the start of the file, it's an iSilo file. You can also use Windows Find File to search for PDA files of a specific creator or type. For example, if you want to find all the iSilo documents on your PC, go to Start->Find->Files or Folders and search for files containing the text string 'ToGoToGo'. (This great tip was provided by Javier Bonet and Mark Worthington). I've compiled a short list of Type/Creator codes for some PalmOS document formats found here at MemoWare, as follows:
TEXt REAd = DOC
DB99 DBOS = DB (Database program)
vIMG View = FireViewer/ImageViewer
PmDB PmDB = HanDBase
Info INDB = InfoView
ToGo ToGo = iSilo
SDoc SilX = iSilo 3 (newer version of iSilo)
JbDb JBas = JFile
JfDb JFil = JFile Pro
DATA LSdb = LIST
Mdb1 Mdb1 = MobileDB
Data Plkr = Plucker
Data Sprd = QuickSheet
TEXt TlDc = TealDoc
Info TlIf = TealInfo
Data TlMl = TealMeal
Data TlPt = TealPaint
data TDBP = ThinkDB
Tdat Tide = Tides
ToRa TRPW = TomeRaider
BDOC WrdS = WordSmith
