If I upgrade from my Visor Prizm to an NZ90, will I still be able to sync to my Mac? Or do i need to switch over to just syncing with a windows PC?

You can sync with the mac, but you have to download 'the missing sync' from. www.markspace.com .

I just did the same exact thing, I sold my Prism on ebay and purchased a Sony NZ. I am running mac os 9.2.2, palm desktop 2.6.3, and missing sync.
my NZ hotsync's perfectly w/ my Mac... no problems! also all my phone numbers, datebook, etc.. transferred from my palm desktop straight to my NZ effortlessly!

Hi Eric!

Are you running Missing Sync 2.2.2? Or the previous version?

cheers Nicolas

Speaking of Synchronizing---:p

I just received my new NZ90 yesterday. :)

My Belkin sharkfin bluetooth adapter is on backorder. :(

Therefore, I am trying to beam files from my NZ90 to my Macintosh Titanium Powerbook G4 via their Infrared IR capabilities.

Has anyone had success with this setup? I haven't.

Do I need a special configuration or additional software?

A step-by-step walk through will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks :D

(just wondering, cuz none of the newer laptops, including DVI Titaniums nolonger have them)

I can sync the TiBook running OSX with NX70 via IR. Of course the NX would not be recognized as a separate disk on the desktop.

i use a separate pc-card memory-stick reader from sony...i find it works better than those usb drives (less video noise)

I have 10.2.4 on a Mac Powerbook G3 and an NZ90. I bought missing sync and it works perfectly with both itunes and iphoto.

i can sync with bluetooth (belkin shark fin adaptor)

i can sync in the cradle.

i can sync with the boxwave cable..

the whole thing seems to actually sync better than my prism did before.

so missing sync will import your clie pictures and audio to iphoto and itunes. Is this correct?
