I think the majority of those, assuming they're in RAM were placed there when you did a system update. I'm guessing you have an NX70 or NX60 and did the system update.
Although I must say I haven't a clue about ZBooter.

ZLib is compression library. Do you have Plucker installed?

Hmmm...never used Plucker ever. Maybe LightNZip leftover? FlyZip leftover Maybe?
Do you have ZLauncher? Maybe its from there.

I do have ZLauncher.

FlyZip and Light N Zip are gone from my handheld. I never used them.
Looks like zBooter is from LightNZip. I unzipped it and found it in the folder. Guess I can get rid of that one at least.:)
I see SysZLib and SysZLibARM in the LightNzip folder as well. I'm willing to guess that the ZLib I have in RAM is the SysZLibARM in this folder. Both within 1kb of each other in size. Hmmm...
I found this:
"Note: On the Palm® Tungsten Zlib ARMlet was used. If the test were done using the 68K version of the Zlib the speed would be better on FlyZip® XR.
Zlib Copyright (C) 1995-1998 Jean-loup Gailly and Mark Adler
Zlib Copyright (C) 1995-2002 Jean-loup Gailly.
Zlib ARMlet Copyright (C) 2003 by Copera, Inc."
At the bottom of the LightNzip information page and this:
"Uses the ARM optimized version of the Zlib for superior performance."

I believe that 3452Slot and 3452MSLib are parts of the Memory Stick Pro patch.
SCSILib is used for MSImport.
I bet CFLib has something to do with the Compact Flash slot. I don't have CFLib in my NZ90, but I still use the EruWare drivers.

Thanks for helping me clear some of those up. I was guessing that for the CFLib as well, but could not confirm that. I had EruWare on in the past, but no longer.

Most of the time, if I ran across an obscure file name that I do not know where it come from, I google it and 80% of the time, I will find out the 'guilty' app and based my decision to delete on whether the application is still installed on my Palm or if any other app uses it (if its a runtime).

Thanks for the suggestion.:) I did look up CFLib at google and here on 1src. I cannot say for certain it is for EruWare or not. It could be part of an update for the NX, but I still cannot confirm that.:(
Not letting me delete ZLib.
Says: Database Protected (DM 021B) Whatever that means.

Do a warm reset, and go into fileZ. You should be able to delete it then.
