WonderSilk 1.25 is out!

I haven't seen anyone else mention this, so I thought I'd share. WonderSilk 1.25 is out, and the english version now has an english virtual keyboard, rather than the Japanese one.

Downloaded and tried it out.

I am sure it is better, but see no difference in the WonderSilk app itself. I still have a lone English (romanji??) keyboard, with 3 Japanese character keyboards. No English symbol or numeric keyboards. Is this correct?

FWIW - Kinumaru definately says it is now the English 1.25, and WonderSilk also says it is 1.25 (via Clie Files app).

Is there an English specific WonderSilk manager WITHOUT the Japanese keyboards (very cool from a Manga point of view, but ultimately useless to a gaijin like me :)).

Okay, I can't figure this out.

I downloaded Wondersilk. I then went to the downloads section of Cliesource and downloaded some backgrounds, both for the grafitti area and for the upper area.

Now what do I do? I put the graffiti .prc onto my NX70, but it doesn't show up in the app list, so I can't execute it. I can see it's there in the info list, but that does me no good, because, as I said, I can't find a way to execute it. I can't import the background, because Kina-maru wants something other than a .prc.

This looks interesting, and I feel dumb for asking, but I can't seem to figure it out.

Do They? I copied two .wsb files onto my memory stick, one made with the older WonderMaker app, and one with the new one. I then imported both in with Kinu-maru. I got the English-only keyboards on both of them.

So, you may not have to rebuild the skin, you might just need to re-import the .wsb file. Of course, if you just installed the .prc, you'll need a new one of those. :)

Curious question....
I found that the original "many function" English VG plug-in that came in the first Wondersilk DL had an English character keyboard. In fact, I think there was a second English keyboard for caps and unusual characters in there too.
Were they not usable in the "add-ons" that people modded?

It seems faster. I'll will really be able to tell when there is a tappad like skin for this version.

I'll definitely use it more if it's faster. before of right now I only have on with a few apps through the use of codediver because it's too sluggish to use all the time.

The Wondersilk app is activated by clicking the Silk Plug-in button on the status bar (between the find and the battery buttons). To change skins, you must run the Kinumaru app.

MUCH MUCH FASTER than before.............
I used it a couple of weeks back and it was horrible....it was lagging so much with each tap....
Great improved speedup....if you used it before and stopped because of it, try it again...you'll like it this time around!

Ok when I try to download the latest and greatest WonderSilk 1.25 I get a message that I am unauthorized???
Can anyone please advice or direct me to a place where I can get the newest version???
