Dear NRers,
New to the business and very happy at least to have in possession a NR70V. My problem is hot-syncing and getting the data from my Palm IIIc(which o-so-conveniently-at-the-same-week-the-Sony-arrives no longer works and so I cannot beam data out of it).
I am using the software provided on the Install CD, I made the mistake of installing it over the Palm Desktop for the IIIc. I then deleted both versions and restarted.
I can start the process, but it ends about 2 seconds into it and says "cannot connect because HOT SYNC was cancelled". The log on the CLIE says Palm Desktop reports error (8009).
Ive tried this site and SONYSOURCE and used all advice given. Approaching wits end...any sage advice is greatly appreciated...
