Light won't work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my backlight to work? I have a Clie TG series. I accidentally dropped it and I have reset it several times with no success. Please help.

Just in case you missed this little feature, the back light is turned on and off by holding down the on/off switch for about 3 seconds. Hope this helps.
