i want to use upirc with my nz90 and my bluetooth dongle.
i set up the modem as the following (palmos):
Name: Bluetooth Modem
Connect with: PC ( also tried "local network" )
using: Bluetooth
Device: myComputer
in the details tab i have:
Speed: 57.600 bit/s
Flowcontrole: automatic
--
with that, i set up the "network" the following (palmos)
Service: unnamed
User: Me
Password: -Query-
Connection: Bluetooth Modem
in the details tab i have:
Type of Connectin: PPP
Timeoff: Never
Query DNS checked
IP-Adress: automatic
trying to conenct with this gives me the following error message:
Error: Seriel: Timeout. ( and some incomplete message asking if the cables are connected )
------ another problem that i have, and which may be related to this is:
when i try to hotsync over the bluetooth modem as setup as above, i get an error that my seriel port is in use by another application. ?
i looked up within the device manager, and it has com14 applied to "Bluetooth communication" in there.
any help would be appreciated. thanks.
