Hard Reset

Good Morning,

I need to free up some space on my Clie and having failed to get an uninstaller , the only way I can see is to do a hard reset. But.. how do I do this and not have everything reinstalled with the first hot sync. Some programs seem to be idenitity linked so I cannot change identity without losing them ( I think)

Also which uninstaller do we all use please

If you think the programs are linked to your username, then keep the username. This is only a problem if you were given a reg. key based on your username. If the program ran on your computer, it may have generated its own key. If this is true, you may be able to re-install the program. As for uninstallers, I only use Filez. Hope this helps.
