SkinT3! 1.24 includes MessageEaseStamp merge support. Merge the MEST components from the MEST ANI007 or 007ANI skin on top of any skin with the merge menu.

I'll add similar support from Fitaly as soon as they tell me they don't mind it. (Fitaly has a no-modification license on their stuff. Probably wouldn't hold up in court, but, hey, it's nicer to respect it. So I emailed them for permission before adding the features.)
