TCP read error

My wireless lan seems to pick up my router but I can’t get into any webpages, keeps giving me “TCP Read Error”, I am having no luck in solving this issue, any help will be greatly appreciated.

And is your Router configured to transmit Wireless -b? Also is a WEP encryption in place? Maybe your router is configured only to only transmit to permitted MAC address?
