Wireless Network Power

Hi All.

I remember reading somewhere that it is possible to increase the strength of the wireless network receiver for situations where access point signal strength is low. Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can? well getting closer to a access point will be a start.. you can check your signal strength under preference>network>details>status
