Where can I download the Silk Plug-in program?

I have seen people posting nice silk plug-in themes. My question is, where do I download the Silk Plug-in program and is there a website that has nice FREE silk plug-in themes?

You may need to get Skinner first. Check out this thread (http://www.1src.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64962). Also the Silk Plug-In themes are commonly called SB (status bar) & VG (virtual graffiti) skins, like this thread (http://www.1src.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62075). Just browse around the skins & backgrounds forum.

If you're looking for the tools necessary to develop a Silk Plug-in, you need Sony's Silk Plug In SDK. Unfortunately, you need to be a registered developer with Sony, and they are no longer accepting new developer's (as a "follow-up to reassessing the PDA market"). It may be possible to find a copy with a bit of creative googling. :)
