Where can I download Netfront 3.1?

I realise that this is a topic that has been coming and going for a long time, but I still cant find where i can download it despite searching through 10 most recent pages and the sticky FAQ bible thread. Help!

Thanks to Norman Austria for giving me unlimited, free customer support after buying his UX! NF3.1 seems to have better page formats and most of all, eliminating all the annoying error messages!
