I thought I read the specs that there is a build in FM radio on the NZ? Is this correct? If so, how does one use it?

No, it does not have an FM radio in it.

Toasts FM Radio is rumoured for the NFI series.

FM Radio, and so many other options, might become an option if Sony bring out an open CF spec/API set for the "Communication Slot".

That would have been cool, though...

the mp3 controller is a standard sony controller right? if you can put other sony controllers in there, why not get the MD one with radio?

All of the CLIE connectors are two pins beside the headphone jack. My MD player has four beside it, im not sure about all MD players though. I think it's without the display output on CLIEs.

Hmm...maybe a modified connector would work. I might have to try that.

Yeah, if my NX had a 4-pin connector, I could use the FM controller from my MD Player. The whole radio is built-in to a controller not much bigger than the one that comes with the clie.
