Sonystyle question?

I went to sonystyle to check out the new TG. It usually says pre-order, but I did not see that. It was going to let me buy it when I put it in my cart. What gives, are they actually shipping? Or would it not say that it was not in stock until after I fully paid?

I'm not sure but the official press release says they are taking pre-orders now and it will be available later this month.

I thought that was the case. However, usually it says, 'now available for pre order'.

I tried adding it to my cart and then it tells you the item is currently unavailable.

I guess they updated. For those of you who pre order, do you get them first? I would hate to pre order and then be able to pick it up at compusa first. :(
