Well try this:
Go to the Main Menu, select Menu/Info

That should get you a lost of all Apps loaded on your Clie.

If you recognize any of the larger numbered Apps, you ask youself if you need it or not.

If you dont want it you can delete it by:
Go to the Main Menu, select Menu/Delete

Which Clie do you have?

Yea, that is definitely weird...Have you done anything else to the clie?

I have the NX70

what do you mean bye menu/info

on my clie or desktop?

The thing is, is that if I go into the CLIE files on the Clie,
The numbers don't add up.

If I remove those three programs I still had only about 4 MB of memory

What about any Kinoma movies? They dont get uninstalled when you uninstall Kinoma.

My experience with Avantgo was not too good. It was very proprietary and seemed like it wanted to control everything. So I said "You're Outta Here!!"

I have Documents to Go (Standard) that came with my NX and its loaded and works fine.

Definately get a 128MB Memory Stick ($50 something at Costco) and you'll be set!

Go to the Main Menu or tap on the Home Button several times until the Catagories on the top right corner reads ALL.

Now tap on the Menu Button (the one just below the Home Button)

That should get you a Drop Down Menu at App

You select from there.
Delete will delete Apps currently on the Palm.
Info will list the Apps currently on the Palm.

To be perfectly honest, I've never installed Kinoma so I don't know what the files look like.

But to delete files, you follow the same steps as I outlined for flyclieguy in my earlier post.

All you have to know is the movie's file name.

Sometimes Applications hide the files in a lerger Database type of a file and it makes it hard to weed them out.

Hope that helps!

This is what happens when one doesn't want to read the manual and then is arrogant about it! Then he can't understand why nothing works right...

That's harsh. I am sure you never got a new tech device and played with it right out of the box! He was just installing programs on his clie; not trying to solve the secrets of time travel.

It's possible that you have a ton of AvantGo channels. They eat space rather quickly.
