Dead Pixels? :(

my nx70 has an eighth of the screen (up and down) completely white!!! dead pixels? what can i do fix it? all was fine in 2nd period. but not in 5th. i think it happened at the end of 2nd wheni picked up my bag (which i though was zipped) and the clie flew out onto the fllor. help me! please. *tear* hard reset didn't help, btw.

Try applying pressure to different parts of the back of the screen. Does that temporarily fix it?
