yes i tried this but it didnt solve my problem
i think that the BT hardware is not ok, but the blue light is still lightning,
but if i go to the preferences in comes a white screen and then a popup window with the text bluetooth progress, but then the BT cant find any other BT device in the neighborhood
has anyone of you had a similiar problem?
I have exactly the same problem aloisnebel and haven't yet found a solution. I don't know if its the hardware or even how to diagnose. Any help would benefit me aswell!

Well, if your TG50 is not able to find devices, then you have a basic problem. I would:
1) Backup your TG50 using MS Backup
2) Try a soft-reset
If that doesn't work, try a hard-reset.
If it's able to find devices, but you're not able to connect, then it could be the network settings, which can be complicated to setup.
Also, make sure that the devices you're trying to locate are set as "discoverable".
Oh, and have you tried discovering your TG50 from the other devices?

Hi Andyvan,
I've tried every suggestion you mentioned several times. That's why I think it might be a hardware problem. My TG50 can't find any devices, and my computer can't find my TG50. Both are set to discoverable.

Gael,
In that case, I would agree, it's a hardware problem.
Bummer!
