Creating alarms

I've seen many apps just use the normal alarms and not the wave alarms so I was wondering how to create more of those 'normal' alarms? I know how to create wav alarms by using the Sound Util but I want to have more alarms other than those annoying and boring sounds of always. Is there any app to create alarms?
