Hi All,

When I placed the NR70 and the NZ90 together, with the camera setting as default, there is some different image quality before take a shot..

The NR seems to be brighter and sharper than the NZ.

Why is it so ? do I need to send it back for sensitivity tuning ?

Thanks.
regards,:)

Try this:

Shrink a 1600 x 1200 picture in a webpage to 640 x 480
The quality is gonna be horrible.

But now, when you open Photoshop and RESIZE the picture to 640 x 480, quality is gonna be better.

Different lenses -- you should expect a bit of a difference in what you see through the viewfinder. Take the pic, send it to your desktop, and the difference will be even more clear ;)

It may be also due to the native apeture size difference and or sensitivity of the CCD/CMOS between the cameras. In which you will only be able to correct or improve you results by experimenting with different camera settings.

Cheers.

Quality of the PIC is one thing.... but I've found another nice feature which I use quite a bit.. and that is the SPOT-METERING.

The NX doesn't have this, least I don't think so.

I use spot-metering to adjust the clearness of the picture (basically you point at a 'darker' location of the picture you are taking and it adjusts the aperture. I found taking pics inside doesn't require flash a lot of the time if you use the SPOT-METERING.

I hope everyone has a great day!
