urgent search for voice note conduit

Does anybody know of a way to synchronize the voice notes taken with a Clié with Windows? I am trying to find a way to accomplish this. Otherwise a friend of mine will go and fulfill this buying IPaqs for his company (obviously there is some PPC software doing exactly this). Thanx a lot.

I know that on the NX's, if you save the memos to the Memory Stick, they are saved in .WAV format. The .WAVs can be played back on a PC, or copied using MSImport.

I have used MS Import and it works. I also have a Sony laptop with a MS slot and can just plug it in. Either way works great.
