Are you able to move one month at a time?

:mad: Whenever I touch the arrow in the monthly view in order to view the following or previous month (or, for that matter, in the daily view the arrows that are supposed to bring me to the same day next week or last week) - it always jumps two months/two weeks and not only one, even though I am pressing very lightly. Only after several trials, am I able to get where I wanted, and it is driving me crazy. Are you familiar with the problem?

I don't have this problem using dtbk5. Are you using CO or the Palm Datebook? I cant replicate this error. Are you using a screen protector?

I'm using CO. And the same happens with and without a screen protector.

I use CO and have never had this problem.
I checked my version info and am running CO v1.0.

I can't believe it is only a few of us. I thought everybody was silently suffering. Anyway, I just called Sony. Their are sending me a box for repair. I hate to part from my Clie for 7-10 business days over this. :(

LILIJO, anyway, how did u get the sony ****heads to understand what u were talking about and get the repair authorized? also, i have a feeling u'll be without your clie for more that 7-10 days. aggain, i don't think too highly of those sony ****heads :)

plz keep us up-to-date with us..if sony is able to resolve/replace the unit for you..i would definitely want to do get mine repaired as well. thanks

ashvash, I basically told them what I wrote in this thread. While on the phone with them I tried to readjust my digitizer (which I tried before many times), and it still wouldn't work, so they simply told me that I would have to send it for repair. I would love for it to be fixed, but I am just not sure it is worth the wait, especially considering your prognosis.

This is a generic problem with the next/previous arrows - the same thing happens in week view. This has been discussed a number of times in this forum. I doubt that Sony can do anything to fix it.

I would love to be proved wrong.

What I do to go to the next or previous month is select "GOTO", then the month, and select TODAY to return to the current month. Or you can use the buttons on the back of the unit next to the scroll wheel.
