One of czech palm e.zines has recently published an article about czech internet bank´s (eBanka) web pages optimized for PDA... Pocket PC and Palm as well..

(pda.ebanka.cz) just if you would like to try and compare to www.ebanka.cz

they have tested about three web browsers to see that page...

the palm bundled Web Browser WebPro placed itself at the bottom... being beaten even by an Eudore Suite 2.1... :-((( (WebPro suxx)

well well I guess most of Palm Tungsten T (incl. me) users have already realized that Web Pro isnt the best one...

I just wonder if there is a possibility to download a NetFront which is bundled with SONY Clie models and from what I heard is the BEST ONE

so could some of you Clie pals give me a link to download the NetFront? I have run through this forum briefly and saw your complaints abour NetFront however till the new Palm WEB BROWSER 2.0 comes I would like to try it...

Would you consider NetFront to be similar to Desktop surfing in experience?

It's a stretch, but yes. The desktop is better viewing and in speed.

i dunno, i disagree just a little, sure its similar but netfront tends to have a problem with large pages (which i'm sure most programs for palm pilots do) but i think it handles these problems strangely, it just stops no matter where it loaded at. and it does a little bit of strange rearranging on some sites, but overall its not too shabby

don't see why it wouldn't, same processor and same os version. but i wouldn't install both webpro and netfront at the same time, that caused my clie to completely crash and force me to do a hard reset

So far, I have had reports that NetFront won't work on the TT.

Actually I despise NetFront, but others are tired of me trashing it :)!
