I need some advice please. I am looking to purchase another Clie, I currently have a N760 and it is falling apart (MS doesn't stay in, battery life is not holding). I have used it daily for over a year now and want to purchase a new Clie but am unfamilar with all the new models.

Is there a new model that offers the same performance or better as the N760 but without the MP3 player? I found that I didn't use the MP3 enough to want a new Clie with that feature. I also don't want a model with a camera as I use a Digital Camera with MS and prefer using the camera then just x-fering them into my Clie for viewing or attaching to contacts.

I guess what I am trying to say is
What model offers as good of color screen, MS slot, no MP3 player or camera? I use mine for daily for work, and when I am on the road tracking my expenses ect.

Thanks,
Todd

You might look at the new SJ22, it doesn't have an MP3 player. If you don't mind having the MP3 player, the SJ33 is a sweet CLie or just wait until the TG50 comes out sinced it doesn't have a plastic body and would hold up better for traveling. Just my two cents worth.

The NX60 doesn't have a camera, but it does have MP3. Simple solution...don't use it. I just recommend this because it runs OS5 with the newer XScale 200MHz processor. I have the NX70V (camera version) and love the speed. And a huge plus is the hires+ screen (320X480). Of course with the larger screen, built in thumboard, and CF slot for Wi-Fi, it's bigger than most Clie's.

I think the perfect clie for you is the SJ30,, no mp3, nice hi res 320x320 screen (this screen is so much clearer than the n760, you won't believe it!!), and from what I hear it has an excellent battery life. I believe all Clie's have ms slots. Give it a look see, it is only $220. Or perhaps if you can still find a new or slightly used t615c, you won't be dissapointed. Here are a couple links from ebay, good deals. First one is an sj30, next one is a t615
