I've had my E for awhile now, and am just having this problem now. I attempt to access Docs to Go and get a 'Fatal Alert - MemoryMgr.c, Line:2903,MemSet to Null'. Message.
I have tried soft resets, hard resets, and still get the message after both. Also I appear to have over 20M of memory left....
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Did you search on datawiz web site?
I found some 3d that could give you the answer to your problem.

That Fatal Error is not due to a lack of memory but to an applications clash.
It is quite likely that, as lucamagna said, DataViz can help you. I have dealt with their developers over several issues and they have always been very helpful.
As a short term solution, try the following:
1. Go into your Palm/<user name>/backup directory and perform a cut operation on all DXG files. This is very important because otherwise after a hard reset your Palm automatically restores DXG, probably recreating the same problem.
2. Paste them into another folder just in case.
3. Light a small votive candle to St. Isadore, patron saint of computers and the internet and Cyberilia, Muse of Metadata (for you pagans out there).
4. Do a hard reset and hotsync to restore your E, now without Docs to go.
5. Test the system to make sure that solves the problem then try reinstalling the most recent version of Docs to Go.
6. If it hangs you up again, repeat steps 1 to 5.
Good luck and lets us know what Dataviz says.

Thank you, Dataviz, suggested the same thing RobertsS did, with a tad more detial on which files to delete. It's done and fixed, thanks!
