I wish E&B would make a TH55 case

I just found my old E&B flip case for the T665 and the TH55 fits in it perfectly except of course for the cutouts.

Besides being so thin what's really cool is the magnetic closure that holds the cover against the bottom of the TH55. IMHO this is the best type of closure.

Alas, I read somewhere that E&B isn't making a case for the TH55. Too bad

Try Sena Cases - By far the best case I've seen anywhere - Quality Construction, Best belt clip "in the world" (metal, double action release), holds 2 ms, business card (or mirror) and very attractive. I've got 3 cases for 2 Clie's and I love 'em - as do my friends who have bought them.

Got one and no doubt it's a nice case. But a snap closure and when you compare the leather E&B is soft and pliable as opposed to Sena's hard and plasticky feel.

The Sena case is doing a great job for me overall, but the E&B on my T665 was a beautifully crafted case. The leather is extremely high quality, soft, and supple, and the magnetic closure is something I misss SO much.
One of the first things I did when I got my TH was to try slipping it into the T665 case, it fit so well that I just assumed that E&B would adjust the cutouts and re-release it for the TH crowd.

Well maybe if this thread generates enough interest we can bring it to the attention of E&B and they'll see that there's a market out there.

You're right how hard can it be since it's the T665 case with different cutouts?

Vaja made a fantastic case for the T665C which had a magnetic closure and a slot for 2 MS and credit cards. I asked but they don't intend to modify it for the TH55. Part of it is because of the camera lens. I told them I didn't care about that as I rarely use the PDA for photos and on the rare occasion that I did, I'd take it out of the case. Oh well.....

I just switched over to the TH55. Beautiful machine! I got it with a Sena case. Although the Sena is a very fine case, I too would rather have the E&B. I had a T665C a year ago, and the E&B was the best case ever. It is thinner and softer than the leather on the Sena. Plus there is the extra thin area around the back to allow syncing on the cradle with the case on. My favorite feature! E&B please please please make one for the TH55!!
