WIN XP PRO Support

I want to run my Sony PALM desktop under a USER account on XP PRO, rather than under my ADMIN account.
One of my goals fro example is for user1 to sync from their USER account, and user2 to sync from their own USER account (not simultaneously).
Anyone done this? Know how to do it? Tips?

Recently I log in my notebook running with Window XP Pro under a new user and found that the Sony Desktop is not running properly. When I click the Sony Clie Desktop application, some error will appear and very annoying.
Later, I re-install the software using the Administrator as log in name and the software runs properly under Administrator only. When I log in as another user which also belongs to the Administrators Group, error will also occur. After a few tries, I gave up. I un-install the software again, and install it again only after I log in as the user that I want. Finally it works! So the conclusion is that the Desktop software will only work on who are the user who log in the computer and install the software.
If you have any idea to tackle this, please let me know.
