Is there a way to upgrade to 5.2 in the clie nz90? if so can you tell me where i get the upgrade and how.

It's technically possible if sony ever makes an update, but the chances of that are slim/none. Really, there is no majour difference. You aren't missing anything that you can't duplicate with 3RD party programs.
