Conduit to run custom program?

Does anybody know about some custom conduit that would allow you to run a custom program/script/batch on HotSyncing?

Using such a thing would allow me to automate for example iSiloX's update of websites and the such.

So any ideas?

I use handstory for the sites I want automatically updated. the desktop app updates converts the webpages daily and every morning when I hotsync, the updated pages are synched with my memory stick. A little bit more convenient than using iSiloX for regular updates.
