My wife purchased a new Sony Clie SJ-33, I own a NX-60 we want to sync to our home computer. I already installed the NX-60 palm desktop software to sync my NX-60. I am having trouble setting up her SJ-33 to sync. Any help would be appreciated! Do I have to use her CD rom and install, yet when I do this my home computer states that their is an older version.

I suggest you install(update) the palm desktop 4.1 from the sony CLIE support website at http://ita.sel.sony.com/support

It says it's suppose to fix the problem of sync'ing w/ older CLIEs.

Yes, I agree.
I sync both an NR and an NX and have the new desktop installed. No problems.

I had the same problem: my NX60 sync but my T415 didn't. I too installed Desktop 4.1 and now they all work.

Thank-you! Thankyou! Your help is very much appreciated and I owe one to the whole Clie Group. This is a great community. I was going crazy and my wife who I thought would never want a PDA was a little apprehensive when I couldn't get it to sync.
