Out of Memory Alert

As advised on the Forum, I had installed Z Launcher on my UX, and shifted most of the applications on the memory stick.
But now whenever I install any new program, even on memory stick, it fails to run, saying " Handheld is Out of Memory, delete some applications"
On checking the memory allocation:

Internal Media: 30MB(20 MB Free)
Handheld:

System Memory 7 MB (6MB Free)
Program Memory 16 MB ( 0.0 Free)

Now, I want to know, how can I free this program memory.
Z launcher is not of help in this regard. :(

My guess is that you didn't move the applications like you thought you did, or your handheld memory is full of databases and other programs that you are unaware of. This could include large numbers of email messages with attachments, Avantgo databases, or databases left behind by deleted programs, etc. Use the Zlauncher file manager to go in and see what is taking up so much space in the main memory, and remove or move those files.

You may also want to do a hard-reset and reload your essential programs, just to make sure that you clean out the clutter. Make sure to use an installaltion manager to prevent future problems with orphaned files.
