Or just use the "T3 DIA ovly Essential Packs" from Velo.
http://velo.hopto.org/
They contain overlays for many programs. But the language of your device must be English.

The Essentials packs had all the DIA icons I wanted.

Or if you want to automatically generate color icons for almost all apps, you can wait for IconFix, which should be released within a week or so. :-) It'll cost about $3, and will be included for free with SkinT3!. I've just sent it off to a beta tester. (No, no need to volunteer for more beta testers.)

Cool. I was thinking about buying IconMgr, but it was a little more than I wanted to pay for something of which I'd only use this particular feature. Looking forward to seeing this in action.

I do not believe there were any application that allowed you to do this in the past. Icon Manager would not, it is only for icons inside of applications like Agendus and Datebk5. As an aside, the full version of Icon Manager is now freeware.

Well, it's up at zlthemes.com (click on "PROGRAMS"), for $8 including SkinT3! and $3 just for IconFix.

Sorry, I meant IconFX. I don't know the exact steps to take, but one of the side effects was that it got rid of the lower bit icons.

Oh - I see. I was wondering what could be done with IconMgr that I was unaware of.

Yeah, I was looking at my screen and wasn't paying attention to what I was typing. Sorry for the confusion. I doubt there are any apps out there that I know more about than you. :)

I'm sure there are plenty out there you know about that I don't :D Kinda hard trying to keep up with Palm and PPC software :(
Oh - and IconFix ROCKS! I finally decided to stop using RIconChanger :D
