Ok, so about 2 weeks ago I had a Memory stick in my shirt pocket, and when I was getting in the shower I wanted to make sure it did not go through the washer.

So... I stuck it in my Wallet, and promptly forgot about it.

After two weeks of being sat on, and I'm not a petite kinda guy either, and I would assume bent a little by the way it was in there. Not to metion a little added heat generated between my *** and my office chair.

The thing works fine! I was really surprised I did not even lose any data. So I guess I don't have to handle the little things with kid gloves anymore like I was.

Sturdy little things.

They are prcticaly indestructable. One of mine has gone through the washer twice and the dryer once and has been chewed on by my dog and it still works like it was brand new.

wow!!
I have been so careful with mine because it is too expensive to find out that it is not as sturdy as you thought, I guess now I can relax a little more.

Well, good to know. My worries about the memory stick were fragility and loss. Now I only need to keep a leash on the sucker! Or attach it to one of those clapper keyfinder things!

It almost makes me want to go buy a 16mb or 32mb card for really cheap, maye at Costco or something. And acutally TRY and ruin it....

Ya know... I will do that.

I am going to start a new thread called "Killing a MS" and ask for ideas on what I can do to it..

This will be fun..... :-)

I imagine a controlled fire would do it.
