See the following links from google 'cnc palm'.

Looks like SerialGo is what you want.

Check out this discussion.

Look like a great home site for you.

Can not recommend the ebook but go to the bottom of the page for reference to some programs.

Hope one of these links can help. Let us know.

P.S. Worked in Dad's shop as a kid (going on 20+ years ago) but never made it to any CNC machines. Only the standard stuff. Good luck.

YUP that looks to be exactly what i'm lookin for . That was the app that i remember'd from along time ago but they changed the name of it (thats why i couldnt find it) What i wanna do now it buy a palm cable with the universal connector on it and clip off what ever's on the other end of it off and wire it for the rs232 connection to the cnc machine . I just dont know what wire goes to what terminal  I'm still lookin thru the pages your posted me thou so i might find something. I see that the company that sells "vistaserial" also sells a cable to do this but i'm pretty sure i can do it for cheaper than what they want for theirs ($30) This is the only way i have to "demo" their software as our cnc machines dont have any "ir" ports on them.

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH !!!!!!!

Was starting to think you got caught in the CNC machine. Glad to be of help. You can also google on "RS232" and "Universal Connector" with the following words like "wires"/"lines"/"diagram" to see what you need to do it yourself. $30 bucks is pretty reasonable IMO. Anyway, good luck and let us know how it all turn out. Also, post the links to any diagrams you find on RS232 to Universal Connector. You never know what the future might bring.
