I dropped my clie and now bb doesnt replace accidents. I am now looking for a palm os that takes cf cards like the nx80 does, and a 320x480 screen, want a silk screen to use the vg's and sb. and memory. is there a palm like this out there does not have to be sony, thanks a very depressed person :(

I do think that the only palm OS models with a CF card has to be an NX sires...
(The handera might have had one, but that has a 240x320 greyscale screen)
On the PPC side, you can get the Toshiba e800/805 (that is the only one I know of with the 480x640 screen, which is better than your requirments), but that is PPC, and expensive
One (or more) of the Sharp Zarus PDA's has CF cards, I think
Look at dynamism (think thats the spelling), but those are Linux (I think not a standard desktop version), cost a lot, and are from Japan only...

Druss, I am sorry about your luck, but I've never heard of a BB service agreement that covers consumer inflicted damage such as a dropped unit.
Are you certain your psp covers this?

There are still places selling NX80's if you need one. Go to nextag.com and do a search for NX80.
BTW, there has been a lot of discussion lately about the BestBuy extended warranties and what they cover. I heard that they clamped down on the wording because of problems with earlier more liberal agreements. But if you have your original one, take it and present it to them when you go talk to them. If you don't have the original one, you are probably at their mercy.

By the way, did you happen to purchase your Clie with a credit card? Some credit cards cover accidental damages within a certain time period...

I've got a NX80/w wifi card I'm thinking of selling. It is listed in classifieds. I bought a (cough) PPC. It's almost here I need it to be for daily use. It's the new Dell Axim X30 (624 mhz). Sorry to hear of your dropped unit. Not ure what I'd do w ithout a handheld.

ouch:( i feel sorry for you. when you say it is not usable anymore, is it broken in half (broken to bits) or just wont turn on?. my clie fell the other day. it made my screen crocked to the left. panicked a bit but i soon got it fixed (disected it myself) :)

no the screen looks like when you see a smashed car window it's in pieces and ink running all through it, but after all the reading searching between T3, Zodiac, I really miss my NX80 it has everything i want on it so i am going to send it in for repair and pray that i get it back in great condition without any new problems which from researching seems a flaw in sony but i hope it will prove wrong in my case and come back perfect like it was before, Dr
